Niki Barrie

  Niki has been an editor on some of the largest conservation magazines in the world, including Audubon, National Wildlife and Ducks Unlimited. She was an editor at Corbis Corporation for three years, working both as picture editor and point person for photographer relations. She started up Corbis's first internal newsletter for image partners. As a freelancer, Niki has written for most of the major photography and art magazines, including PDN, Shutterbug and Wildlife Art News. She has performed freelance picture editing for the Publicis Dialog advertising agency, AGPix, Vivozoom and the National Wildlife Federation. She is editor-in-chief of ASPP's The Picture Professional and editor of NANPA's publications Ripples, Currents and Expressions. Niki served on NANPA's Board of Directors for five years, one as treasurer. She has some 30 years in the photography business as a writer photo and text editor, publisher and agent.

Sharon Cohen-Powers

  Sharon was the founder and former president of The Wildlife Collection stock photo agency for 13 years and CFO of AGPix.com for five years. She is the author of two books, Outdoor Traveler's Guide to Australia and Bird Nests and was a contributing writer for Fodor's Australia, 1990-91. She has also written for a variety of nature, travel and photography magazines, including AAA Today, Petersen's Photographic, Ranger Rick, Outdoor Photographer, Shutterbug's Outdoor and Nature Photography, Studio Photography and Italy's Oasis magazine. Sharon is past co-president of ASPP/New York and currently serves on NANPA's Board of Directors as its past president and past treasurer. She edited the AGPix Marketing Report and was the project manager and designer of AGPix Print. For the past 5 years she has designed many publications, including magazines, journals, newsletters, advertisements and greeting cards. She is currently Creative Director of NANPA's Ripples, Currents and Expressions and a picture editor for Vivozoom. Sharon has almost 30 years in the photography business as a writer, editor, agent and designer.
